Small Texas Pecan Pie Bars

This recipe is a bar cookie recipe. It is relatively easy, and will be the high on each side. You can serve them on nice plates or utensils if you wish. Bonus of this provision is that they can also be served on napkins if you want to be treated hand, if they so wish.
The first pie crust:
1 ½ sticks butter
2 cups flour universal
½ cup packed light brown sugar
